Your rust appears worse than mine. Although i haven't looked behind the panels yet.

In fact i left the rear glass up when i took everything apart, so now i have to rig a source to my window.

I do plan to remove and seal all areas but the flares will allow me to be light on the filler and blocking and filling etc. I know from experience its time consuming especially if you are looking for perfection. You have quite the task ahead of you. Good luck and be patient.
