Picked up some new tires today!

Been wanting a new set for a while now ever since sliding around in the mud up here on Sadie Creek 2 years ago, but just couldn't justify it with my old tires being only a year old at the time. Heard lots of good things about the Toyo's, hope they live up to the hype! Think I'll go outside and fondle them some more!

those tires are a very good balance between street and off-road, just make sure to air them down a little more then you would normally, they have a pretty stiff side wall.

They look sick! I need some new skins myself. I want to get 33x10.5's but i hear you have to regear. I think I have 459 gears. You think I could handle 33's without regearing?

if u have stock gears u have 4.10s i think. and 4.88s are best for 33s but i have stock gears with 33s and drive everyday. works fine i just dont use 5th gear much.

I'm still running stock gearing, 4:10's and I really havn't noticed much of a difference if any from when I was running 31's. Was going to re-gear to 4:88's when I put the new tires on, but I'll probably hold off on that now.

they look great, you will love them in the mud. nothing like new mud tires, especially when you didn't have mudders before.

4.59s should move your truck along with 33s but you'll hear your auto trans down shifting frequently unless you turn off any overdrive switch you may have. use o/d when you're at highway speed though. that's the only time i use 5th. of course this is all relative to how efficient your engine is.

i am not sure whether to go up to 4.88s or 5.29s. cannot make up my mind. i wish i could drive them both, and yet it would be irrelevant cuz every truck is different depending on available power. i cannot rule out 35 x 12.5 or metric equivalent. right now only cost is preventing me from saying WTH and buyin' em.

you may want the 5.29s to maintain that difference tween manual and auto. 4.56 - 4.10 = .46. 5.29 - 4.88 = .41
