one tire closer than the other

So I was looking at my truck from a distance today and noticed my driver side tire is closer to the back of the fender than the passenger. Truck drives straight. I measured it and its 1/2" off any concern?

Front or rear, and which side? Im guessing you have a 87 truck, but year make and model always helps, so do pictures.

Red face

As long as it handles good tires don`t wear abnormal .

after checking the front suspension and steering linkage out for damage or loose worn parts.

If all is good I would not worry trying to get this fixed could get very expensive.

It might have been in a accident at one time.

If your not skilled enough to make the call seek help!!!

I figured it out steering wheel has some play in it so it looked straight but the wheels were slightly turned
