1997 4runner wont crank

I just baught a 97 toyota sr5 4runner its automatic 3.4l 4x4
the runner had a bad motor so i baught one from the junk yard swaped it in,cranked it over but nothing happens...i turn the key over no starter,no fuel pump, and no spark, but get this whenn i turn the key over 4 times the stock alarm comes on beeps once and the light stays on, i replaced the relays under the hood, replaced the ecu/computer,replaced the ignition switch and ignition module

what could be the reason why it wont start?
no spark
no fuel
no crank

one thing i did do is jump the starter from the relay and it cranks but no spark or fuel.

was the replacement motor also from a 97 with auto?

see where I am going with this?

There are subtle differences between flights of the 3rd gen Runners (96-98) (99-00) (01-02)

I'm no mechanic and not pretending to be. But the possibilities are endless.

Im having trouble with my starter also.. i had my friend hit it while i tried cranking it over, he thought he'd help me by ppoking some wires with a screwdriver.. After i replaced all the fuses he popped, and charged my battery, I finally got Power back to my dash. Now though, whenever i turn it over my battery goes from 13 volts to 4.. Then slowly back up. Any ideas on the Problem???

Did you make sure the crank and cam position sensors are hooked up? Make sure all the wiring harness grounds are tightened down, not just the battery and fuse block grounds.

Sounds like it is in a theft mode of some sort.

Sound like what I ran into. But I pulled a bone-head move by not hooking up the grounds.

I swapped the engine in my 97 4runner and had the same issue, no crank, no spark or fuel. There is a large electrical connector behind the glove box that snaps together, and has a lever that pushes the wires together and locks them into place. I forgot to use the lever. Once I figured this out, everthing worked like a charm. Maybe you should check this too.
