Help! OEM Fog Lamp Install

I purchased an OEM Hella Fog Lamp kit from a member and bracket kit from Toyota. There we no instructions on mounting the brackets and I can't figure out where they go.

This is for a 1997 4 Runner Limited

Any help?

On the 96-98's the original location is the valence area right next to the front license plate area.

On the 99-02's is obviously the little holes next to the signal nights on the fat lip bumper.

What I'm having trouble with is the brackets are about 10 inches long and are marked left and right. There are two mounting holes and another for the lamp itself.

Still doesn't make sense where the brackets go. I've seen the location of the lamps but don't know where these things mount.

Maybe you can have a guy or some online user who owns one take some pics on how they are mounted?

Got it figured out. The brackets mount to the support behind the license plate and an open bolt hole on the lower part of the chrome bumper. I purchased the kit for $55 from the dealer (more than the lights, wiring, relays and switch) but I wanted the factory look. You have to cut the bumper anyways so it ended up a waste of money. Easier/cheaper to fabricate some mounts.
