I'm infected, nerds here my call.
Four days ago I discovered my system was infected with the Virus: DOS:\Rovnix.V
Has any one else experienced this headache yet? Any help in removing would be greatly appreciated. As your replies roll in I'll list the measures I've already attempted in the effort to kill this bastard. Not really a fan of typing huge posts via my phone.

They are a pain in the rear that's for sure. I get a few a year on my gaming PC visiting foreign gaming rooms and other less than reputable sites.
Usually the normal stuff like BottKiller, RootKiller and other freeware will remove them but sometimes you have to start up in safe mode and start deleating files.
It sure is a huge help to have other computers to get on Internet to research while its down.

Most Internet providers now offer FREE virus software. (Call them & ask)
