I like the search function, however I have only one complaint. When you search it shows results by most recent post. However, that really proves not to be very useful unless you are looking for a recent post.

I think that if you were to switch the default search function to go by relevency, you'd see much less duplicate posts. The reason being, you type in a search and it comes up with 500 threads. Now if it is done by how recent the post is, you'll most likely have to go through several pages before you come across a decent post.

Anybody else notice this?

 

you can select how to look up posts in the advanced search mode

 

I do realize that, however, I just think it would be more convenient to have it set on relevancy as a default.
