Hey we all got to start somewhere, right? Wall of shame will discourage people from participating.

 

Thats true. However I'd just as soon everyone start at the search button like is so often asked.

 

any newb who has said a variation of the following as his first post:

"ive searched for hours and i can't seem to find what i'm looking for"

always gets my vote

 

I agree with the searching.
If anything though... I think the wall of shame should be for the senior members who have newbie lapses. I can think of a few of my own entries.

I can also think of some pretty lamebrain write-up suggestions
