Lets do this! I'm in for where ever - just depends on when since its snowboard season, boarding shares weekend priorities with wheelin. And like wheelin, a lot of plans are last minute so lets pick a day before something comes up

Ok. Let's set something up. What's a good weekend for everyone? I might be able to do next weekend on Saturday the 26th.
I would not mind doing Hackberry Creek, but I was kinda also thinking Squeeze rock, rocker panel pass, etc in the Sycamore Creek area. What do you guys think? I am down for whatever people want to do.

I'm good for the 26th too. We can do any of the above trails...

I have ridden my dirt bike in the Sycamore Creek area but never 4-wheeling.

Cool. Let's go ahead and try to do something on the 26. Does that work with anyone else?

I guess I forgot to mention that I can't go this weekend - the 26th

I've been working on an Accounting software upgrade for 4 months now and its finally ready to be promoted to our production environment, it takes 16-18 hours and has to be done over a weekend - but any other weekend works for me.

I was hoping to be able to show off the new long travel front suspension

Feb 2 is good for me too, but not Feb 9/10. In general Saturdays are better, but if Sunday is the popular vote, I can probably make that work.

Thanks Bob! Feb 2 should be good for me too and Saturdays are typically better for me too - if that works for everyone else... if not I understand, don't put off a run just cuz of me

Saturdays are better for me too. I think my brother and I will still head out this Saturday if anyone wants to come with. I'm out of town on the 2nd. February is going to be a busy month for me. Thinking about doing the AZ Run with the Nissan 4wheelers in March. Anybody hear about that? It sounds like a good time.
I would still love to hit the trail with you guys for sure.

Looks like Feb 2nd is out for me as of noon today. I'm going to be traveling on Sunday the 3rd for a few days, so I'll be spending Saturday with the family.

Jeff - what weekends are good for you?

I guess its good that this weekend doesn't work for you guys because my software upgrade project was postponed AGAIN! We are hoping to do the upgrade this upcoming weekend but we won't know for sure until Wednesday. BUT, if we don't get it done this weekend, the next chance to do it will be Feb 16th.

I'll keep ya'll posted. But I guess just do what works for everyone else and I'll do my best to make it.

Where are we talking about going anyway?

In case anyone needed a chuckle...I had no idea my trucks were worth a combined $20k! (and have 100k less mileage!)

Nice find. It must be the Deck Plate mod and the trailer wiring harness. Oh, let's not forget the Cobra C/B. I say we call the guy and give him a hard time.

I've been looking at the 96-99 2WD Taco's again lately and can't believe how much people are asking for those. But, I will say that some of the 4WD X-Tra cabs I've checking out seem to be priced only $1500-$2000 over what should be reasonable. OH well!

there's a sucker born every minute...I just don't get how people can get so sideways on their asking price. Do they NOT look at comparable listings 1st? Amazing!

Welcome Patrick! There are some awesome people in the area here to go wheelin with - and there is someone here to head out with to do whatever type of wheelin you want to do - from simple, easy trails to hardcore rock crawlin - you're in a good place

And FYI to everyone - my software project is finally happening right now! SO that means I'll be free to wheelin next weekend, March 3rd and the weekend of the 9th/10th then again on the 30th.

Its mostly a super long dirt road - there are 3 or 4 places you can pull off that you might be able to use 4wd but its mostly just a well maintained dirt road.

This trail book was just released a few months ago and its the most up to date AZ trail book:

http://www.funtreks.com/index.php?op...d=1&Itemid=375

Its very accurate with the descriptions and difficulty ratings.

Or just post up on here when you want go wheelin and I'm sure there will be some of us that can make it!

What part of Phx are you?
