Oh yeah, you better bring a tow strap for when you get stuck on your hitch again
Ok not really, you shouldn't get hung up on anything out there. Butcher Jones is very tame compared to the Box Canyon/Coke Ovens tail you went with us on last time.
Haha yeah, Ill bring one just in case because you never know! And what about getting tipped over? Those Bronco II's arent exactly low!

Roni, will TRDevelopement be joining us in his own ride this time? Saw the video in your build thread...it definitely looks like he's soaking it all in...good times for sure. And I know I'll be doing the same thing this sunday till I get comfortable with how she act's and react's.

WIDE EYED indeed.

Nice...I hope he doesn't try and drift the 4Runner though....on second thought, I'd like to see that! So good things happened in the last couple days, the new 4Runner was jerking really bad when a generous amount of throttle was applied...I thought...CRAP! THIS COULD BE CATASTROPHIC! Turns out cleaning the MAF was all it took...oh and the bone dry K&N air filter from the PO. I thought he was kidding when he said he used compressed air to clean it!? Just makes me wonder what else I'm to discover that he fixed. Oh yeah....all the loose wires under the carpet running to the rear...looks like they might have been for an amp. So the running boards are coming off tonight and I definitely need to adjust the headlights...no doubt this was another fix for him...sheeesh.

POs do some great work, haha! I'm in the process of cutting out/ re-doing all of my rollcage work done by the previous owner, the welds were hideous!

Curious, what are you using to cut em' out? And I think my first vehicle may have been like that, but the rest have been handed over in good condition.

So, do we have a solid plan for Sunday? Meet up at the Chevron at 10? or are we going to have some people meet up at Chevron and everyone else head to the air down area just inside the gate?

Who's all coming? Does everyone know how to get to Butcher Jones? I don't care what we decide to do as far as meeting up - I just want to make sure we all know what the plan is

I used a plasma to cut out the rear section of it. It used to have seats in the back with a cage and spare tire carrier over head, but the bends looked like he heated up the tube and cranked on it and the welds looked like he did them with a stick welder on full blast left handed haha!

At least you didnt find a 10mm 1/4 drive socket in the bottom of the oil pan. The PO also managed to silicone a part of the oil pan where apparently there was a huge hole, It was pretty magical.

Haha! That sounds very magical!! The PO on my tundra on the other hand (aka my dad) is a different story. Liked to bump into things in reverse but other than that it was babied. It's the first get in and go vehicle ive ever owned, good feeling right there!

I won't be there tomorrow. Truck failed emissions today. Not badly, and I probably just need to adjust timing, but I don't have much time for all that today.

Is anyone from here going on the Crown King run on Dec 10th?
