I run kevlar's i love them there a great tire, awesome off road and they have hardly any road noise. I've ran them on TR bead lockers w/ 5psi and was ruff on them and had no problems w/ them i think im gonna end up going 37's but im still debating.

Sunday is better for me as my rig is on jack stands right now.

I've been back to the first 3 coves and would like to see the 4th & 5th. I'm curious to scope out a camp site for about 10 people ~ 4-5 trucks. I imagine that the further back the less people (a good thing).

 

I've only been to the first coves myself. Getting closer to the camping season too, definitely need to scope some spots

Sounds like everyone knows how to get to Buther Jones - how about we meet just inside the gate? What time is good for everyone? I'm not always an early riser, especially on Sundays, and some of you are coming from quite a ways away - hows 10 sound? Does everyone have a CB? lately I have been on channel 16 or 4. I have an extra hand-held CB also if someone needs to use it.

What is everyone driving? I don't see too many details about your rigs. I have a blue 89 4Runner, details is signature.

I have been to Butcher Jones hundreds of times and there is nothing a stock truck can't handle. The great thing about Butcher Jones is that there is something for everyone out there. For every hard hill there is an easy one, and usually some inbetween.

Lift and lockers are not required - but having fun is.

10 works for me, I'll be trailering out my red and black 88 pickup. That is if I get paid this week haha!

 

Got my truck running if I could get it to pass emissions ill be out there. I'll keep you guys posted.

the gate is in the far back corner of circular driveway - once you cross through the gate there is a large cattle guard then a big open area where I usually air down/up at - I'd like to meet there.

OR - if we need to, we can meet at the Chevron Gas Station (formerly Baja Gas Station) which is right across the street from Ft. McDowell Casino:
