this cute little J**p was following the anthracite 4runner across a "short cut" on 43rd ad Bell when he hi-centered it on this...um "speed-bump"! Didn't have my straps with me so I crossed the bump a few times (just to rub it in) before knocking him free with my front bumper. It looked like a cute albino turtle with the little wheels spinning so frantically!

That should suffice...now, have you learned your lesson? If you do it again...you're gonna get time out.

LOL.

I need a guided tour of the Table Mesa area trails. I want to check out/find things like Terminator to see if its doable in my rig. CK is still a cool trail, but its a little boring and an all day commitment. The Table Mesa exit off I-17 is about 30 mins from my house and would be really convenient if I could map out some good wheeling there.

I'd love to tag along next time someone goes out there.

I don't know that side of the Table Mesa area either. If/when you find a tour guide, I'd love to come with and check it out.

That would be great. I have the electrical stuff installed on my rock/night lights now. I just need to mount the lights under the rig and I'll be done...should be finished this weekend.

I'm running the exact same setup as bmxjedi...the little LED spotlights - 8 of them on the underbody. I am curious to see how tough Terminator is because I have IFS and limited travel in the front.

I'm pretty familiar with Table Mesa, though mostly for the mines. I'll holler at you next time we're heading that way. Pretty sure I know where Terminator is, though I can't run it in either of my rigs...

I'm looking to do some wheelin tomorrow and/or Sunday if anyone is interested. I don't have a solid plan yet, but I'm thinking tomorrow taking the trails from 4Peaks to the 4th/5th cove at Saguaro Lake. I found a map on the Tonto Nat'l Forest website with all the tail numbers that lead to the water and its definately not the first 2 coves that are accessable already from Butcher Jones.

So, I'm looking at taking 143 to 1343 to 13 to 1829 to 1345 to 1844 to the water and see where that gets me.

Jeff,
That looks interesting. I was looking at that a couple weeks ago on google earth. If it ends up being Sunday, let me know. I've got chores tomorrow.

That sounds like it would be pretty fun, but that's a long way to drive the beast haha
