Wow this has sure grown allot since I last saw it! Wow!

So has anyone with an NE kit removed it yet? I have not seen anyone say they have but there are quite a few posts here, I may have missed it.

Very well articulated, Kickaha. However, upon hearing that they are a California company I did a search of the California Secretary of State corporation records, hoping to find who the Agent for Service of Process is (that's who the lawsuits should be directed to) for Nitrous Enterprises, LLC. There are no records for Nitrous Enterprises as a corporation, LLC, or LP in the state of California. I wonder if he even formally/legally incorporated!?!?

I have double checked my bolts and they look fine still. I am contemplating swithching them out. But I also contemplate on getting coilovers

Anyways, in favor of NE, my spacers are good quality. Besides a little rusting, the top spacers hold out well. It's a shame his business ethics and quality are worth ˟˟˟˟˟ now.

Oops. Thanks for the correction. I'll get the fix to them. I thought about the AG's office, but didn't think they would do anything since no crime (that I know of) has been committed. I'll go ahead and send it though just in case they might be able to get NE to stop selling until the NHTSA can verify whether the merchandise is defective.

BTW, the CPSC has responded and said that NHTSA has jurisdiction.

I posted up a bit of legal pontificating just under his announcement.

If folks can prove that he's deleting/editing messages (I'd suggest taking screen shots of your posts) then he can get into some legal trouble.

A couple of cents of thoughts from someone that's been down this road a number of times ont he 'net.

I think people have to be careful about getting pissy up there. I know that people are ticked off, but if folks start ranting then AK's just gonna be pissy back and no one's gonna get any answers - real or not.

I think folks gotta relax and state their issues in a calm tone. Let AK have a chance to reply before stacking up on him. Get some chatter going and see where it goes. You guys will be able to put him in a corner or call his bluff no probs if it comes to that.

Yes, I would like to know why he accused me of hacking his PC, complete with IPs leading to YotaTech and me, and he also stated I hacked into the WA. state department computer

I am such a hacker

I've got a question????

How do you know AK is lying?..........................

His lips are moving or rather in this case his fingers are on the keyboard.

I dont need an explanation from him at all, I have seen enough and is not interested in dealing with any of his enterprises now or in the future till he can solidly proof through delivery that he has changed. And as long as he keeps playing his games it is in the interest of the whole offroad community to know about him and his lack of ethics. That's all err sorry "Nough said!"

Ok I've spent days reading this thread and the many other threads you've posted links to and can I just say one thing?? STOP IT!!! I Want to go to bed!!

I am still very new to getting into 4x4ing and finally have a truck of my own to learn on rather then living vicariously through my husband who does the whole grunts and groans when I don't understand something.(which is part of why he steered me towards yotatech in the first place. (cause there are lots of people you can ask your newbie questions to and not get flamed) So after reading this thread I've got two newbie type questions and one comment.

1st what is Xreas?? I keep seeing that and my husband can't tell me what it is. Oh shoot my bad memory already forgot the second one.. Ugh. Comment.. After reading T4r's site I am absolutely angry about how Thai came down on you like that Rocky and got away with it. That is considered personal attack and I suspect as you said, being a moderator somehow lets him get away with it. I stopped posting on another board partly because of that kind of behavior. A regular always felt it in his need to bash everyone else he felt beneath him, stupid or who knows.. and yet got away with it because he's friends with the moderators/owner of the board. You didn't deserve that and the fact that he felt the need to bash you so hard only shows his lack of maturity. Reading these 18 pages can only make me say I feel horrible for all you have gone through and will continue to go through as long as the name NE or Anthony are mentioned.

XREAS is a funky crosslinking of the shock resoviors (Front to Rear, Left to Right) on 4th gen runners that supposedly gives better handling characteristics, but also causes headaches if you want to lift it.

It's Thai's site, and he and Ghay- I mean GatorGreg do what they want to whomever they want because they think the rules don't apply to them. That's all I'm going to say about that or this post will get edited or deleted.

Thanks. I kept reading it thinking.. what the heck is that? How stupid will I sound if I ask. Then when my husband didn't know I felt better

I remembered what the other question was.. Relocs? Is that part of the lift packages I was reading about?

I read that thread too. That Thai is an antagonizing a$$ and does a piss-poor job of moderating. I was so turned off by his skills, or lack thereof, that I'll probably never go back to T4R, not tomention donate $0.01 to them. My opinion only.

Well let me tell you as a female that after reading his replies my first thought was "if he's willing to try and belittle a female like that just to make himself feel better then I'd sure hate to be married to the insecure little turd!"

Naah- not quiet, just said my piece, not here to defend or advocate. I asked if you guys wanted any kind of new dialogue, you said no, that's fine. Plus I have a new thread about my gas tank as per suggestion, that three of you have responded to, so looking about that. Thanks RBLA for the IH8mud, have had them recommended by old owner.
However regarding the whole Thai thing, he does not seem to have very good manners,
Edwin
