Ok excellent now we are getting somewhere, thanks corey for the welcome I appreciate it.
Heres a question: if some kind of dialogue could be achieved would you guys want it?
The reason I ask is that I think the best solution to this mess is simple communication, I have taken the time to prove myself and though still skeptical you guys are talking to me. If you wish I can propose something to him, such as the single agreed upon username, or something else. Does it seem that this is a solveable situation without litigation, name calling or other general public ill-will on both sides of the equation, or not?
I don't want to become too involved but if there is a solution you would be willing to offer it's no skin off my nose to tell him.

No Problem Orange..

Id personally Like to hear Anthony’s side of things. This has been a one sided debate.

Has Anthony screwed up YES,

Does he deserve a chance to defend himself YES,

We all praised NE when it first came to being, Maybe with a little GUIDENCE we can turn this around. I’m a strong Believer in second chances.

I think AK grew to big to fast. He shoulda DROPPED the NE Corporate Theme and stuck with Anthony…. Part Time Backyard Fabber cause this is what he is. Than we all woulda cut him some slack

If he wants to speak his mind, have him do it on his own website.

Sorry did not mean to offend, just was looking for whether there was interest or not from all parties, just kind of like a sound off.

Dialog?

AK reminds me of Shirley Mason (aka Sybil Isabel Dorsett). Or was that Peggy Ann, Peggy Lou, Victoria Antoinette Scarleau, Marcia, Mary Lou, the boy named Mike or was it the boy names Sid? Maybe it was Vanessa Gail, Nancy Lou, Sybil Ann, baby Ruthie, Clara, Helen, Marjorie, or the Blonde?

One major difference between Sybil and AK is that in 1998 there was speculation, maybe evidence, that Sybil was phony. Unfortunately, AK in not a figment of my imagination nor was he concocted in this thread or the correspondence I received. He's a con artist true and true.

Yesterday, I had a look at both of the Daystar + NE spacers that he fabricated for me. I never noticed his art work before and must have always been looking at the one side. The side he never messed with. I'll post pics (next week) of the lovely job he did -- only on one side.

I now speculate that's why he strung me along for so long. He was hoping someone else would send him a Daystar kit so he could give a good Daystar spacer to me and mess with a new person. Very cunning this AK character. That’s also why, “It’s free.”

Bottom line, one of my Daystar front spacers is toast because he had bored holes in the polyurethane so that the bolt heads (used for the NE spacer) would be snug INSIDE the Daystar. He then glued both the Daystar and NE spacer together and had probably been praying I never use it because it WILL fail. It will fail once the weight of a front end is applied to it. The Daystar will explode because these bolts are 3/4 the way through it!.

Pass this dialog onto your pal ... I want a replacement front Daystar spacer. He has the shipping address.

Yabedude,
I am sure he will read it himself and the rest is up to him.
Cebby- not cheerleading, way too big a guy to do that look at the pic, bouncing around not my style, just wondering if you would rather vent on him than me, as he can do more about it.
I am not advocating anything, I am simply in contact with him and am wondering if you want to speak directly to him and let him give known response. But this does not matter anyway Corey has already given factual reasons from the rules and regs of the website that he is in clear violation of, that is all that needs to be said. I am not here to start a battle. You guys have welcomed me, I appreciate it, I am simply stating something I am capable of should you wish. Thats it.

I've been keeping out of this but I think something worth mentioning especially after yabedude's post is that this isn't an antenna or other non-essential part of a vehicle we're talking about.
This is a key component of a vehicle's structure! How can you knowingly sell someone a component that may cause great injury or even death?

For me this is nearly unforgiveable.
He can make drastic improvements and establish a good reputation and then I *might* consider doing business with him (if he had anything I wanted). Otherwise, no thanks. If I want to risk my life I'll make my own vehicle parts and save the $ for someone to use to bury me later.

I agree this has turned into a lynch mob and I had some difficulty with the tracing of steps other members have done here until I really thought about it. I DO NOT want to be on the road driving next to someone on the freeway when their suspension components fail. I don't want to be behind someone on a trail when their sliders fail.

Yeah, it's a lynch mob but he's earned it.

Thanks for the visual! I'm of a similar "build" myself, so i can fully relate. I was speaking figuratively though.

BTW, not venting here. There are enough people venting that AK has directly affected. The comments I'm making are driven by the realization that NE has stigmatized the general buying public to the small fabricator. He's made an already difficult climb even more difficult. You know that the first hiccup a newcomer makes will be paralleld to the NE saga. So, as my disgust festers, I might vent about it, but for now it will be civil comments.

Dude you called me a cheerleader.
As for the rest of the post yup, I agree, this whole debacle has made for the potential for a sad parallel. But I bet it's not over.
I'll see him tonight in any case, and if he decides to take the option you offered it's up to him. DONE

So no, it doesn't appear as if they should be used by anyone.

I'm going to file two complaints tonight. One with the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and one with the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration). As I have an unused lift kit, it may be a good thing that I didn't get a refund after all.
Ok we're getting way off track here. Back to the meat of this thread:

Kickaha, were you able to file the complaints after all? please keep us in the loop of the status of everything. This will help others follow a good foundation on what they need to do if they choose to do so.

Thanks!

Michael, if you want to hear Anthony's side of the story, you have two options:

1 - Email him and ask him for his side of the story
2 - Tell Anthony to post his side of the story on NE's own website (storefront) as he has all the space he needs anyway.

We will not allow any of his emails or comments to be posted here has as he was banned for violating Yotatech Policies. If you have a problem with these rules, please consult w/ one of the administrators or moderators.

Thanks and lets get back to the actual thread on the customer comments/complaints on NE.

First off thanks, I am really excited, I have some serious plans for it.
Ok but seriously can the giant picture of me sleepyheaded and the dmv info get taken down, I have tons of other pics of the rig that are more flattering to the rig. I'll even put my KTm next to it, they are both orange too.

The offer has been retracted. I was incorrect in assuming an Email response could be posted. Sorry. My above posts have been edited to reflect this position.

Yep, I know what happens when one assumes....

Dude, I don't know what you were thinking. I would never have sent my private information and picture to be posted up all over the Internet. If anything, you should've sent it in an email to a moderater, with instructions and signed Mutual Agreement that the moderators would decide, off-forum and between themselves, whether or not "you" are really "you". There was no need to have your mug and ID posted. The moderators are the ones who are supposed to be controling this forum, not the general members. I know you're trying to clear your name, but you have to ask yourself how far are you willing to go? This is starting to get ridiculous. Let it go and move on to something more productive.
