I had a problem with the local dealer with a steering stabilizer and them not calling me back. I e-mailed arb and got in contact with Buddy King he helped me get to the point where I was going to RMA the part. I was going to send it back but yesterday I got a phone call from the dealer here in louisville (moab off-road) saying that he ordered me a new one and it would be there in a couple days and he apologized for not calling me and letting me know that he ordered a new one stating the excuse that he was really busy. I apreciate all the help that arb did to ensure that I eventually got the right stabilizer. Good company just next time I'm ordering from Xtreme off-road like I should have done in the first place.

ARB overall service is top notch.

I have ARB switches from front and rear lockers. I just looked at the switches (never actually installed them) and found I have paddles for (2) fronts. I'm calling ARB tomorrow to see if they will either swap out or just send me a rear locker switch paddle. Just thought I'd post up.

Gotta love it - no questions asked "we'll get one right out". TR is who helped me - very friendly.

ARB knows how to take care of their customers. Tr Burrus is our Rep. and it is only because of him that we have been able to sell ARB products and offer outstanding buys.

I recently switched out a front turn signal bulb in my Taco's ARB bumper, the little plastic 'nuts' were just old and decrepid, had a hell of a time getting the covers off and even managed to chip a corner off of one, not too bad, but could not get one of the covers to pull back down and seal up.

contacted ARB and they asked for my address, the next day, a whole new signal light kit showed up, no questions asked.

VERY top notch company with great products!!!

but you guys already knew that....
