I'm in the middle of making mine for my 95 pickup with a 3.0. Basically its going to be a stock sealed airbox with a 3" hole cut in the side. I'm going to silicon a 3" flex line into the whole which will go through the fender and hookup to a 3" wide ABS 90* knuckle connected to a 2" section. It will be topped with an ARB safari head. I'll post pictures when i'm done.

My best guess is that 3" flex pipe will ovel out under the pressure of the fender. If not I'll run 2, 2in or 1.5in where I can get them by and run both back into the airbox.
