POR - they're hardcore and known to trash you and make you feel like an itty bitty bug if you ask a newbie question.

Quite the opposite of what we have here

Nothing wrong with Pirate. Lots of great guys over there. The level of the tech is insane as well. It's just a board you have to graduate to from somewhere else.

Yeah Pirate is bad for the Newbies to wheel'n. Never ask about anything to do with mud and you should be fine, they only wanna hear about rocks, some guys got burned for asking about stuck in the mud pictures. The knoledge base there is crazy though, can't be matched, sometimes it too much, for people like me who don't build their own diffs. and fabricate 4 link suspensions in my garage on the weekends the terms can get over my head. But a geat place over all.

In an issue of Peterson's 4Wheel and Offroad that rig was profield, that guy is a hydrolic(sp) engineer and that rig is insane, there are soooooo many levers and stuff to keep up with.

I feel safe here on YT. POR seems so dark and gloomy. Ive been there before and honestly fealy I would need a roll of duct tape wrapped around my bottom side and a fire extinguisher to put out all of the flames. YT is soft, white, calm, full of love, kindness, mods, and fluffy clouds. Ok im gonna shut err up now. Later.

BBB, you suck! J/K, but you know that. Wenatchee sucks (at least when it comes to your road rage encounters), how's that?

About the pics, who says IFS is wanting?

You are talking about PBB. POR is a club that only has a handful of members.

This truck was first discussed on PBB more than a year ago when the guy first completed it. While still neat, its old news, sorry...

Yes, thanks for the clarification. Sometimes people use them interchangably when they really are not.

Oh yeah... sorry, didn't mean to put POR or PBB down
They definitely know their stuff over there and if I ever run into a question that can't be answered here I'd check that place next.

I just happen to like this place more

Thanks for the clarification.
I didn't know it was old news - just happened to see it on TTORA. Don't know much about fabricating so that's a whole different world for me - don't know what's new and what's old

Kinda true. I was on PBB well before I was on any other board and still spend most of my board surfing time over there...

I've been at Pirate for more than 4 years now, much longer than I've been here. The difference I've noticed though, is that there I'm more likely to ask a question, here I'm more likely to answer.
