get some new torsion bars to last you. they should make it stiffer making it easier on landings. for more travel get some better b.j. and spacers. and change out you bumpstops, and uhhhhh search

i wanted the TC kit as well but i could'nt afford it right now so i went with downey dual shocks (little bit more travel, with longer billys) lo pro's, and OME torsions and BJ spacers, it's working great for me

More travel out of stock IFS..... that's a good one.. Total Chaos is the only way to go. If you want to play you gotta pay. Keep jumping your stock truck and you will soon have a giant POS full of rattles.

With the ball joint spacers, you can get up to 1.5" more wheel travel, assuming your torsion bars and shocks allow full compression and extension travel:

Running stock ride height with the t-bars loosened up is a good way to maximize potential wheel travel.

As far as longer shocks, all depends on whether your current shocks are too short and limiting travel. If just a little too short, you can shim down the top shock mount to give a bit more down travel.
