4runner bj spacer/fj80 coil lift: what shocks are you guys using?

Hey everybody,
I am planning on lifting my 1990 4runner with the ever-popular ball joint spacer / fj80 LC coils combination. My question is, what shocks do you all recommend? I've seen many different opinions on shocks as well as height- do I need 2in lift shocks in the front and 4in in the rear? Also, Ive heard people recommend ProComp ES9000s. To use those do you need some sort of braclet to accommodate the eye/loop style mount?

Thanks, I would consider that except that I already have spacers, coils, panhard drop and a diff drop - all I need are shocks

Thanks! Any recommendations on which to use for best ride + good flex in rear? I also need to find ones with stud mounts, correct?

Well I think Ive decided on using ProComp shocks. What do you guys think of the ProComp ES3000s? Which should I go for, the ES3000s or the ES9000s?
