sway-a-way coilovers lifespan?

I need to upgrade my suspension. Truck currently has 192k miles on it. I’m not sure how many miles are on the sway-a-way coilovers or any of the other suspension parts. I bought the truck when it had 160k miles on it. The rest of the suspension parts need to be replaced. I'm not sure how long sway-a-ways last. I know you can rebuild them but I think it will cost about the same whether I go with option A or B. I currently have TJM front bumper on the truck and would like to someday get a winch. I've read that sway-a-ways are good for aftermarket bumpers/winches and don't sag over time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you,

AV

Option A:
• System 1.2 suspension lift
• Sale Racerunner 2.0 sway-a-way coils?

Option B:
• Rear Only 1.2 suspension lift
• Rebuild Racerunner 2.0 sway-a-way coils
