Note to self:dont forget it carry spare axles and or stubbs

True--Once i get a new car next year and recover from the money drain--i think i will put a rockwell under the front just Bull Crapping with ya HAH--No i will go SAS

but being serious--i will carry extra axles--just think it is the smart thing to do

well once aired down a 35 becomes a 33 so should have to much to break a least i hope not but i have a spare truck to take parst off of

and im out east so mostly mud wich sucks because i see all you guys out west riding the rock trails and it make me jealous

Well, rock trails are sweet, but they require more expensive stuff. Its a trade off.

true but it wont be long ill have the IFS dial up and proly find some trails around SC or NC i was wondering abt gulches orv park in laurens sc

Twinstick helps a lot - it's the only chance of turning! Welded + 4WD you ain't going nowhere but straight! Assuming the truck has ADD, the passenger side will pull out, making it an open diff.

Having wheeled with locked ARB's in both areas, I would say it's WORSE in the east. The reason is that there are so many more trees that turning is more critical.

Huh, I never thought of that. Good point.

What I'm talking just a standard front diff. The twin stick works on auto lockers, since it disengages the power to the front, allowing the locker to unlock, and thus a turn can be made. However, with welded, it makes no difference, as both tires remain locked together. For example. If my truck is in 2wd, but i lock my hubs and engage my front locker, i can't turn at all.
