I got zero hits on the truck so I’m kinda forced to continue even though I haven’t built my shop yet.
Yesterday I installed a new blower motor from Rock Auto. Perfect fit and function.
I was also able to stick in the CF15 flasher relay from Diode Dynamics which completed the full LED light conversion. EVERYTHING looks so much better after the conversion.

Thanks for all the posts, as you went along-it help me understand how and why stuff works on our T100s and what an be done for it. (Dang it, now I'll have to start doing instead of stewing--sigh-The replacement blower unit for my 95 T100 is on its way, so fun in the near future )

The blower replacement is surprisingly easy!
I’ve been playing around with the truck, not taking photos, but I’ll some soon as I install a new Tundra center console and finish up the interior.
The truck runs like a CHAMP.
Everything is so tight it’s like a brand new truck.
I also highly recommend the new body mounts for anyone who hasn’t done it. It honestly makes a huge difference in the feel of the truck.
Hey, man, loved reading through your build thread. I stumbled on it because I’m doing my own T for my 16 year-old too. I typically just lurk these forums but had to join this one just to comment on yours. Very, very cool.
i do have a question for you. As I read through your thread, I had already completely (well, almost) stripped the interior and ordered some Noico for the sound deadening. My question is, how the heck do you get this headliner out? I don’t think I’m going to replace it as mine is in good shape, but I definitely want to coat the tin can roof with the Noico. I can’t figure out how you remove the bows. Do you just pull down at the center to flex them enough to get the ends out? I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find anything about it, even paid $20 to download he Haynes manual....nothing. Any help would be appreciated!
Search for the FSm on this forum. It should have the toyota recomended technique. Ive never done it but I bet you need to remove a lot of trim to get to it. The trim usually comes off pretty easy but a lot of it fits together so you end up pulling the back seats and stuff.

Thanks for the response. I'll see what I can find. I do have all trim removed and the headliner is detached along both sides. Just not front and rear because it appears to be glued along those front and rear edges and I don't want to tear it up if I can't figure out how to remove the bows. Like I said, it's in pretty good shape so I don't feel the need to replace it. I just want to get at the roof for sound deadening.

Hey, sorry things have been busy.
The headliner is glued to the top edge of the back window opening. The window rubber also aids in holding it in place.
1. Pop the rear window out.
2. Release the glue.
3. Mark the bows so you can put them back in order (they are not the same lengths!)
4. Work your way towards the front.
5. Do what you need to do.
6. Work your way back to the rear window.
7. I recommend using Lexel for the adhesive, and small binder clips to hold it for 48 hours.
8. Reinstall rear window.

No worries, thanks for the reply! I guess I'm still not understanding how to release the bows. I tried flexing them upwards (the way they're already bowed) but there's not enough room to the roof to get the ends out. Do I need to flex them the other direction (down)? And if so, won't they bend?

You should be able to slide them forward. They just rest between the roof skin and the edge. May be a little sticky, but they should slide.

On my t truck I had to pop the rubber seal out around the top of the rear window to get started on the removal because it's glued in to the lip of the window outer edge of the cab. Warm it up and peel it off SLOWLY.... Then I grabbed the ribs one at a time from one end and bent them up and back slowly so I didn't tear the headliner. I worked from rear to front and it came right out. Hint, remove the dome light before you start the process. Hope this helps you out, and be patient with it and you will be just fine. I forgot to mention that you can reattach the glued ends with 3M spray trim adhesive. The stuff works wonders on headliners and many many other things that need to be glued in place, like door panel carpet or other materials. Good luck.

I don’t think mine would slide forward. The ends on each side are in holes in the sides, deep into the holes so that I couldn’t pull them out and I don’t see how they would be able to slide. Wondering if mine is different than yours because mine is a 95.
But then I had to glue, and seal, and seal again the wooden ones to make them weatherproof, put the baffles in, a good amount of clear gorilla silicone, and mounted the door speakers up.

no, thinking back, you’re right.
rotate them and then pull (bend) them and they’ll pop out.
