ok, so traded in some un needed gaskets i bought and got the Fuel injector inserts and the oil filter gasket, so all the internal stuff should be done...

still need to order a few gallons of oil, spark plugs, oil filters, and a new air filter...

anyone got any advice on which brand oil and filters to use for break in? also, what spark plugs? i have always used Bosch platinum +4s with no troubles...

Just use cheap dino oil. Do not use synthetic, or mixes

Use an OEM filter for break in, and always.

Take those Bosch plugs out and throw them the hell away. Useless expensive CRAP. Go to your local dealer, get a set of the correct plugs, and run those. Your truck will thank you.
