Do you play in the dirt? How have those dealt with rocks and stuff, even just normal road slime?

I do play in the dirt but I haven't since installing the horns, so I'll see. They are angled downward so water will drain out of them. They are pretty protected from rocks up there, are you concerned with small rocks flying up there or big rocks scraping along the bottom? They should be well above my Budbuilt crossmember when I put it on.

Yeup and yeup, and sinking them as well. Also, the compressor's gotta be pulling air in from somewhere, so I'd ponder the effects of going for a swim or even road splash from driving in the rain. hmm...

Ahh... okay, the missing piece.

Maybe add some screening over the front to keep out the larger stuff coming at 'em?

Cool idea though... Mine are mounted in an X behind the grill. They're plenty loud (150psi from a tank baby!) but it'd be better if I could aim them forward.

hey, I haven't heard the hornblasters video, but I can say almost categorically that YES they are....they are the loudest horns I have ever heard....they literally make your chest shake when you are standing near them.
they will echo off buildings 200 yrds away....again, if your looking for a horn upgrade consider a train horn.

If I get tech savy enough i'll try and figure out how to post a pictures or a video on here.

I have a 100 watt siren with an airhorn tone I wired into my steering wheel horn circut. It is much louder than a stock horn, sounds great and takes up far less room than real air horns do, plus, no compressor or tank is needed, just 12V+.
