That's a good question about the diffs in the T100.

I wonder what the reserve is...

T-100's and Tacoma's (without the factory locker) have 8.4" diffs, while 4runners and Tacoma (with factory locker) have 8" diffs. I doubt it will fit.

T-100's are the redheaded step child for Toyota. Everyone knows it is there, but no one really knows what is going on with it.

They have the 3.0 and then the 3.4, I think that even had the 8" rear for a while, but perhaps they were then the first to switch to the 8.4"

Front end should be the same, but it is a EZ, no picking and choosing.

Search for "Eric B's Page" on ODW, that should tell you what it is for sure.

I have never heard of a T-100 having a 3.0 in it. Is that true?

I goofed on the rear diff, it is 8.4" or in otherwards completely incompatible with any runner diff ever produced.

The T's also got the 2.7 and the 3.4 to help out the 3.0.

Erik B started this thread, but I am talking about the one from California whose website is a cornucopia of Toyota knowledge.

Yeah, I thought there were two Eric B's.
I looked over there, but could not find the info.
