I think my 00 has blown it's headgasket
I have the 2.7L with 84,000. I just bought the truck a week ago and I noticed AFTER i got it home that the Coolant resivoir was almost empty and I had to add some to the radiator to get it up to level. After I did this it started blowing coolant out of the resivoir. So I take it to the dealership and have a complete coolant flush done. It blew coolant out of the resivoir on the way home. The truck runs great and gets good gas mileage. No white smoke, no rough idle, or temperature hand movement. I changed the plugs the other day and they looked good. Could their have been to much coolant after the flush and thats why it spit some out? Maybe I added to much to, because I filled up the radiator and the resivoir. I checked the resivoir today with the truck running at normal temp and their were no bubbles. Definitly no water in the oil. Everything seems okay other than the fact that my truck was low (or seemed low) when I bought it and now spits coolant out, although it didn't seem to do it tonight when I drove it to work.
If It is a headgasket it has to just be BARELY blown. What is the best method for detecting one this small?
My truck has a 2 year/ 24,000 mile Complete Care service contract and it covers gaskets for the engine, so I can get it fixed. I just need to know for sure if their is a problem.

Do you have any idea what the Readings should be? I know they all need to read within a very close range to each other.

I doubt you have a problem. If you filled the resovoir cold, then it heats up, it spills. If the dealer fills the system with cold water then it heats up, it spills. Keep an eye on coolant levels, check once a week after the truck has been sitting all night. the 2.7 with under 100k should not be having HG issues

I'm hoping It was just to full when the truck warmed up. I'll run a compression check tommorrow and I'll eyeball my levels for a while and see what happens. I've had other vehicles that slowly emptied their coolant resivoirs over long periods of time and none of those had head gasket issues. I mean half of the coolant is water and water does evaporate over time, so I guess if coolant isn't checked over long intervals it could become lower without their being a problem.

More important is how close to each other.
