So I Figure, if once a year, every forum member dedicated 10 dollars towards a "Hood scoop fund" Which would then be collected by a member of choosing, it would significantly drop the proce of a hood scoop! Of course, being the mastermind of this plan, I vote myself as the first honorary reciepient of the Hood Scoop Fund.
