If I had some extra money (haha, right after the holidays....right) then I'd place a bid - but I don't. But I figured someone might be interested and probably has some extra cash lying around waiting to find an elocker with 4.10s.

If you are ready to modify your axle housing and wire up some electronics, go for it. It's not a bolt in.

Go to a junkyard and buy a complete rear end out of a 4Runner with a elocker installed from the factory.

Pay someone else to do the work for you

Buy some other type of locker, like an ARB, detroit, etc etc

I'm thinking I might just run a lunchbox locker in the front since I can unlock my hubs and don't do to much snow driving.... The rear will have to wait until I do suspension, tires, and gears. I want the rear to be selectable and I'd like the front to be as well, but I'm trying hard enough to save up for a 1.5" BJ lift.

Wait a month or so and I'll sell you a front diff with 4.30's and a rear diff with 4.30's and an e-locker and a spare axle housing to modify to make it fit. So did you definitely tear it up? Drop me a pm.

I will be pulling the 3rd this AM to verify it is the ring and pinion. Too busy yesterday.
You've got mail.

Well, I finally pulled the 3rd today and the ring and pinion are going to have to be replaced. (Edges on ring gear are sharp!)
Any recommendations where to buy a Ring & Pinion or should I just buy locally?

I've got the best deal on a complete 3rd with 3.90 gears. Just bolt it in, no shipping costs and no labor costs. I'll drop you a pm.
