clutch pedal vibration

I searched, but I couldn't find another post about my clutch problem. When I press the clutch pedal all the way down, it feels like it's not completely disengaging. The transmission shifts fine, but I can feel a vibration through the pedal. I have about 82k miles on the 4runner. Anyone know what is causing the vibration? Thanks

I checked the clutch fluid, and it's fine. The vibration seems to be in tune with the engine RPM's. It's like I can feel the flywheel spinning. I did replace the clutch spring per the Unhappy thread, but I don't think that is related to this problem.

Sounds like a bad pilot bearing

From my GM book... sounds like flywheel is out of balance, the clutch components were misaligned when put in, flywheel is damaged or bent, missing flywheel bolts, or throwout bearing.

After my clutch replacement (oem parts) I can feel a littel vibration when I shift at high (>4K) rpms. I always assumed that it was because I did not check the pressure plate engagement finger run out when I installed it. However it has run fine for 25K miles.
