Boost Gauge Installed Wrong?

Dangit, a little far but he is in northglenn/Thornton area if you want his info let me know I can pm ya, he's a 1 man shop but he used to work for a toyota dealer for years and got his own shop up, good honest guy if its worth the drive, let me know.
On another note have you talked to the whomever put it in?? Or are you done with them??

I talked to the shop that installed it and they said that there was absolutely no chance that it was installed wrong and that the supercharger simply was not producing very much boost. They said they were only seeing 2-3 lbs, but when I drove it home it was showing no signs of ever getting close to showing any boost (like it was hooked up to a vacuum line only). When I called them about it they insisted it was installed correctly and that the supercharger was not working.
