ARB Front Bumper Source for 3Gen 4Runner

Any recommendations on where to buy an ARB Bumper for my 4Runner (ARB 3423020)? Hit a deer last week; the cost difference between the OEM replacement and the ARB is negligable.

4-Wheel Parts Inc can have one here in 3-4 days for about $850.00. Got no response from an e-mail request I sent to Wheelers Off-Road in Grants Pass; OR.

Also; do they come with Turn Signal Lamp Assemblies, or do you use something else?

Thanks;

Mark

TRDparts4u, toytec, those are the guys that come to mind.
Got mine 2 weeks ago from 4wheel parts for 700, with 60 bucks shipping, but I bought some other stuff too.

Call them, the sales guys are on commission and want to make sales.

I would also like to suggest Cruiser Outfitters. They can always get ya a pretty competitive price and are super helpful with any questions.

4wd parts should be able to get them to a store for you at no shipping. If you want it delivered to the house you are going to pay big time freight. The packing box is enormous but will fit in an empty 3rd gen back end. I think I paid around $642 with local taxes.

Turn signal assembly yes is there and Gamiviti now makes clear lenses if you go with that look.

Speaking of turn signals, when you get your ARB you should get a set of these for it...

I have a 99 4Runner with the ARB and I put these clear lenses in with the yellow bulbs and it looks really good!! The clear lenses really help bring the ARB out of the 80s so much and they go great with the 3rd gen parking lights! Inexpensive way to set off your bumper!

I hit a deer 3weeks ago also. I'm currently in the market for a ARB. I live in Canada so shipping is an issue "sigh". 500$ Damage and it smashed my painted grill, no deductible so I think i'm just going to fork out the extra cash and get some protection on the front end.

Ordered ARB3423020 from 4Wheelparts Inc. Got it for $765.00, (including shipping) delivered to Missoula, MT.

Does anyone have a link to the frame end modification required for installation on the 4Runner? I assume my Body Shop can figure it out?

Thanks;

Mark

Modding the frame is really easy. The Tacom has smooth endcaps on the end of each frame rail and the 4Runner has an end "cap" which extends about an inch off of the frame tubing. All you need to do is cut/ grind the excess off so the mounts on the ARB can slide onto the rails. It's really easy, should prove no problem for them. The rest just bolts right up. Good luck and enjoy the awesome new look of your 4Runner!!
