Pretty much! And I love having it in there. Best thing I have done so far IMO.

Well I have wrecked the truck. Hit a ditch avoiding an idiot driver who was on my side of the road coming head on. I swerved, the spooled rear broke traction (dirt road) and it hit a ditch. Bent some of the steering stuff, which was replaced yesterday out of my buddy's spare parts pile. All newish MOOG stuff from the Idler to the pitman arm. It helped out a little. Still pulls pretty good to the left though, so more investigations. Could be bad ball joints since I hit pretty hard. Buddy has newish MOOG BJ's too so. No money out there either. Hopefully thats all that it is. Frame doesn't look bent and neither do the control arms. Could be time for a SAS if I can't get it to drive straight again (my other buddy's older brother convinced me that LT wasn't worth screwin around with). Will keep this updated as I progress in the fixin

While wheeling?/ATV?/MCross?......... You hit 'the' ditch at the same time.... as another dude? If so, OUCH! A buddy in a Pilot all sooped up like a psycho oddessy(?sp) hit a perpendicular berm after colliding with a guy in mid air... and hit the bank to a dead stop from like 50mph..... Broke his back, badly! He's ok now, but still has some issues. He's a daredevil, ...... and he owns Rocky Road Adventures(NAME???) ...it's a company that buys, restores and tricks out and then sells 60's and 70's Broncos! You should see him in those things! hahaha. "Weeeeeee, I'm flyingggggg!" haha.

No, same time I wrecked the truck. I was goin between a friends house and my house to work on Valkyrie (my 88). Came around a corner on dirt and there was a car coming head on on my side of the road. Had to swerve to miss colliding with them.

Haha I think I am good to go. I will drive down there at least to say hey to everyone, might try to catch a ride on the harder stuff and maybe try to hit up at least one trail.

Check ur camber/caster adjustment bolts on the lower control arms. I slid into a curb I'm my 88 an it rolled the keyed washer on the bolt an had to bet a new one. Haha never put it in an I still have it in a bucket of bolts.

So are the washer things all supposed to be on the same tick marks in relation to the set tick on the control arm? If so my stuff is way out of whack. Almost none of them are the same and it looks like they been that way for a while now

Replaced the upper and lower ball joints. There were two already worn out and I only did them earlier this year. Also swapped torsion bars for some new ones to try and get rid of a front end squeak.
Also did this: http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showt...hreadid=167299. It is definitely worth it. I can turn the steering wheel with one finger at idle now.

Fixed me major exhaust leaks. Which fixed my backfiring problem. There were three stripped out bolts in the head that we re tapped to 7/16 coarse thread. We didn't have any metric taps. So no my manifold is Finally all sealed up and torqued down. And also did the collector gaskets. There were none, not even dust from where they should have been. But when I bought the truck. there were two new ones in the glove box, where they had stayed till last night.
Now that all is done it sounds/feels like a new truck haha. Prolly going to throw a cherry bomb glass pack on there tonight. I have it straight piped now. The cat has been long blown out due to backfires, so now it forms use as an expansion chamber and its LOUD. Need to quiet it down a little.

New exhaust tonight. From the stock manifold back. Glass pack and 2" pipe. Sounds pretty good. A lot better actually

Almost ready for the Jambo. All I have to do is change the lower radiator hose and finish packing the small things. Out of here tomorrow night after work.

Thanks Mark! That's not all of them though haha. Figured I would throw up a teaser set lol. I still have to get everyone elses too. Wheelin with the broken arm wasn't bad at all, never had to use it lol. Since I went with the power steering pump mod off of pirate, it was real easy to turn the wheel even in the hardest of spots.

That is a mix of Holy Cross on Friday and Iron Chest yesterday. We didn't get much of a chance to get around either. My friends were helpin with the broken Sami and talking to the guy with the In the Pink buggy.
