Just ordered a new front passenger fender. Decided to replace it rather than using my patched fender. Also got a used fuel filler door as my hinge was busted and stuck. I have a week of vacation coming up Halloween week and plan to dedicate alot of time to the runner that week. It's been almost two years since i began this project and plan to get it damn close by the end of that week.

If only we can dedicate all the time we want to our hobbies. Oh how much more joyous would life be!

i suppose, guess there are two sides too that. You would also end up too broke to enjoy it.
here is where I'm at. The drivers side rear (the one i jacked up pretty bad on my first attempt at repairing) had some serious low spots at the arches and i didn't like the amount of filler that was going to be needed to repair it. So i sanded it all off and did my best to beat it out. It is really tight in there and no room to hammer.
i bought some tiger hair filler and am using that to build it up.
Here is where i got it. Getting ready to spray epoxy and filler primer. After that cures I'll start blocking it out and use some glaze (2 part) to fill pin holes or imperfections. I will not remove this again so it either looks good or it doesn't. I'll start on the other side next weekend.
