Basically what i have to do still is get the lower radiator hose to work, get the coolant lines behind the motor connected, finish the exhaust, and finalize the wiring for now.

does anyone have a picture of the coolant hoses for the 4runners.. I saw pics of vital's swap for his coolant hoses, but i think mine has extra functions since it has rear heat..

Also i attempted to fire it up last night, but i have to run the wire for the starter.. I think its from the starter relay (which im not sure where it is at) then directly to the starter, correct?

Another thing i noticed that the whole time the key is in the "on position" the fuel pump is back there whinning. So im not sure about that also.

i dont think so as I understand it you turn the key to the on position and it charges the fuel rail...right? then you turn the key over more to ingnite the starter .....vroom...key back to on and the fuel pump is still running to keep the motor running.

okay so just don't sit there with the key in the on position for very long without the engine running?

One part where this i think might be a problem is the key has to be to "on" to roll down/up the windows

I dont think it should matter how long its inthe on postition unless you have a crappy battery, but if your sitting in your rig chillin turn the key to ACC while listining to tunes and go to on to move the windows and then back to ACC, I remember doing this in some of my other rigs

Yea thats what i do, but ive never noticed my fuel pump on all the time..

I thought it only primed the system for a few seconds and then stopped until it was started.

Pressure Rating: 60-95 PSI

Thanks...

Can anybody tell me what to do with my starter wiring for this swap?

http://www.andrewzook.com/content/view/22/48/1/6/
I was reading that link and it said.

Because of differences in the wiring of the starter, you will need to run a wire from the starter relay (located in the relay/fuse box under the hood) to the starter solenoid.

What has everybody else done????
