EVAP box

Is this an expensive part? The wreck I have was hit on the driver side, pretty much annihlated the EVAP box. I can't find it on carpart.com, might be called something else?

mine was crushed too and I posted some wanted ads and ended up getting one for $50 shipped.

Try ttora.com. More tacoma stuff over there.

Not exspensive I pulled mine off of a 4Runner that was wrecked on the opposite side. Works, I was pulling a big group of parts including, MAF, Ignitor, and got everything for a hundred bucks. So about 20 was the EVAP sensors and box.

I'm not sure about the sensors. Its going to be a few weeks before I make a run out to where the wreck is stored to check it out.

There was a thread on here that showed a diagram on how to hook up the EVAP canister from a 3.0 using the sensors from the 3.4. IMO it looks cleaner cause of the size.

the 3.0 is doable, but it won't pass california smog if you are going that route.
