3.4 swap problems?
Well, I've been "in the middle of" my swap for about a month. I just had a few questions that I cant seem to find the answer to anywhere.
First off, what all do I need to keep in the engine bay? its a 92. heres a pic of the bay. it would be awesome if someone could edit it and circle what stays and what goes.
Second, does anyone have a picture of their converted harness?
That's all I can think of at the moment. Thanks in advance guys and girls

Depends on what you wanna keep... Cruise....A/C. Pull the 3.0 engine harness all the way out including the ECU. You'll need to get one made or buy a new high pressure power steering line....and some other things. Read off road solutions write up about this swap along with everyones on here. Thats the way i figured everything out and probably a lot of us swappers. Im getting a harness made thru toy-only-swaps

The 3.0 air box has to go (replaced with the 3.4 version), the 3.0 power steering pump has to go (replaced with the 3.4 version and a custom hose), the evap system depends on your local state's emissions requirements, either keep the 3.0 and hook it up as described in Elvota's swap thread, or swap in the 3.4 system.

I'm going to a pullapart in a week or so, gonna get a p.s. pump. Any suggestions for the hi pressure lines? I almost had it in today then realized I had to mess with the fuel lines and trim up my crossover pipe. What did you do with the fuel lines SacRunner?

Just loosin the banjo bolt where it connects to the fuel rail and flip it towards the passenger side. It may be long enough or you can buy one from ORS. You'll have to get a hi pressure p/s line made or also get one from ORS. I got both a fuel and p/s line from them

No. The 3.4 p/s pump has a different connection on at the pump than the old 3.0 line which is banjo style. You can reuse the old 3.0 return line but you'll need to buy or get a hi pressure one made up with the right connection ends
