Pull the upper radiator hose off the radiator, fill the block through the upper hose, then attach hose to radiator, and fill the radiator. You'll likely need to burp some air out of the system and add additional coolant as needed. Oh yeah, fill the expansion to the cold line also.

Okay, so I got it running and took it down the road after filling with coolant and water. It got plenty hot but never idled down. Also i found a leak where the lines run into the heater control, but that's because there aren't any clamps. But like I was saying, it never idled Down.

Are you sure that your throttle cable is adjusted properly? Every one that I have done needed some tweaking of the throttle cable or the bracket that holds it to allow it to close.

I would still recommend doing the tac mod so you know where its actually at. I do recall seeing someone mention how to adjust idle in the how to ac your 3.4 swap. Haven't read that part but it might be worth a look.

So while out messing with it, my buddy disconnected the IAC valve and the idle dropped quite a bit. Maybe its stuck open? I'm not sure and won't be till I get off work tomorrow evening. I'll keep posted. Again guys thank you for everything.

I'm seeing this more and more. IAC gets stuck or gummed up and will not idle down properly. Sometimes pulling it apart and cleaning works.

Okay, so I pulled the green coil off and twisted it back myself, perfect idle. So could that mean bad IAC?

So it turns out I missed a vacuum line. Go figure. Idles fine. But, like anything, a new problem arose. I let it sit there and idle for about 10 to 20 min, checking for leaks and what not, then as I'm going to go shut it down I get in and notice the tach is slowly going up and down. Normally it doesn't move even when I revved it. I gave it some gas and it seemed like it wouldn't take it and wanted to die. Then, it slowly did. Then I have no power whatsoever. Nothing to the key, none anywhere. I thought I heard a faint click, but I'm not all that sure. Thoughts? Is there a main fuse? Im trying to find my meter, but its location is undetermined at the moment.

Okay. Figured that out too. Popped alt and efi fuse. Fixed both, then cleaned up the runner. Next comes intake and exhaust, speed sensor, then I guess I'll pull the tach and try the mod again. But I'm definitely taking a small break from it for a bit. So again, thanks for the advice, most particularly from vital22re, dntsdad and Jasonyota.

I'll turn mine over a revolution at the crank bolt when I re check its torque prior to it going in just for piece of mind. Since it has been sitting a year prob a good idea for me to squirt some oil in the cylinders too just in case.
