LifeHammers (type), window breaking tools
I am thinking of getting a few of these as Christmas gifts, and one for me.
However I have heard of the auto ones too that when you push a button, the pin comes out to break the window.
Here is one from Benchmade.

It has the seatbelt cutter in it as well, and also an LED light.
Anyone have one of these?
What type of tool do you have in your rig for an emergency such as cutting the seatbelt and breaking the window if you end up in water?

Here is the best one on the market.

I have one on my keychain and another attached to my firefighter gear. It has shattered many a car window and cut a few dozen seatbelts with ease.
IMO the hammer obes are dumb, and much larger than need be. Don't depend on "any" metal object to break side/rear windows. I have bounced hammers of off windows before and been unable to break them with screwdrivers, but the little needle like pin prick does the trick with tempered glass.

Cool, thanks Lamm.
I see Amazon has them.
I am going to order several probably tomorrow.
A few for my rig, one will be on my keychain, and one for my youngest son.
These would make great stocking stuffers too.

Lamm, thanks for recommending these.
All four came today.
Took me awhile to figure out that you pull it apart and separate it to expose the blade
Figured it out after I decided to read the info on the back of the package.
Anyone thinking about getting this product, just do it.
