Aligned SAS and developed Death Wobble

Was towed out and didnt have issues except tire wear and vague steering. Towed in and have major death wobble. Replaced tie rod ends from Pittman arm to passenger hi-steer arm. Helped a little. Went wheeling and almost dies 5 times on way home. Wheel bearings are good. Trunnion bearings are good. Any ideas? Or just keep chasing parts in front end? Thanks for any help.

did you check caster angle? i think thats what it is. the trunnions should not be stait up and down but have about 3 degrees back. might check that.

when you did your sas did you change tires?

my death wobble went away when I had my tires "balanced"...errr...5 lbs of weights on a super swamper.

death wobble is usually caused by tire issues, those joints you replaced, or possibly shackle bushings.

when the sas was done... was the axle rotated? spring perches relocated? was that trunnion angle accounted for?
