I know Brett has one - I mean confirmed sites.
I called Monday and asked for one and there wasn't any left.

I have a confirmed site. Booked it close to 4 months ago maybe.

Confirmed w/ Steve about 2 weeks ago.

All I got to say is if you don't have campsite reserved, don't go parking your butt on mine w/o asking or before I get there.

You guys are going to learn to stop waiting til the last minute.

I reseved my site in January (when this thread was started), I will have at least 3 tents on my site as of right now. may be able to get more on it, just depends on how flat the ground is.

No it’s still there. I’ve driven 3000+ miles like that so you guys will get to hear it in person. I think it’s the pinion bearing. Does anyone know if I have to take the 3rd out to take the bearing out or can I just drop the drive shaft and get to it?

I'm about 99% sure you have to pull the 3rd to get to it. Sorry man, wish it was easier.

I figured that (my luck). I'll have to wait till after the trip I just won't have the time to do it before. I'm thinking it should be fine until then.

Greg,

Here is a link to a 1993 Toyota truck service manual. I've used it several times and the information pertained to my 4 runner.

Save it to your favorites or download the whole thing.

I ran Tellico several times sliderless and never had damage - sliderless just makes you a little more careful. You spotters will help take care of your rig.

Last time we had people with running boards that took a little damage and one guy had nerf bars that got bent a little. It can be done - even on the moderate trails. This will be my first trip with sliders - I also have a new rear locker. I may get BRAVE
