Scott, I'm sure both you, Doc, and Brett are more than welcome in any of our rigs. I guess we can just decide where everyone wants to ride once we get there, cool?

Hey Scott, what happened was when we moved that big rock we entered the atv only trail. We should have turned left there and we would have made it to the top of slickrock on trail 8 and avoided the mudhole at the same time. We just made a wrong turn.

THE rock should have tipped us off - but NO - we would not be denied !
I still have scrapes and sap marks the whole length of my runner.

Scott - you, Brett and I could go up and around to walk down Slickrock
Friday morning. I like to drive my rig !

This is true! You could go up the ledge section of 8 and meet us around the top, whatever floats your boat!

I'm game for whatever, I would like to drive as much as I can on Friday as well. I'm game to drive up #8 and avoid the hole, and walk down Slickrock to meet the big guys at the bottom, or whatever. Either way I would really like to ride a hard trail with someone and get some lessons, and just have the experiance overall.

Me Too ! I'll just be happy to be there. My locker will be here by Friday
I plan to install sometime next week. I hope the EZ locker will enhance
my capability and remain a daily driver.

Chris and I will get my slider weled on next week as well - stubbs sliders
painted hammered black - they are set to be welded on - scab plates are on.

I am starting to feel like a modded runner - not just stock anymore.

Let's rock and roll Doc! You'll think you're driving a totally different vehicle.

I'm ready to rock and roll ! The locker got back ordered that's why it isn't here already. I spoke to Anthony this morning in West Virginia - he had it in his hand and was shipping it to me. Great price too - $209.95 including the shipping charge.
Swiss Mountain 4 X 4 in West Virginia.

I'll be like - so ready ! I'll eventually get off these 31's as well.

Hey Will,
It is a DEtroit EZ locker from http://www.swissmountain4x4.com/
I spoke to Anthony at 1-800-838-9526 - nice guy !

I already have a RB 1" body lift and I have a spare set of 15" wheels - I may
just use them for a wheeling set if I find some tires for them. I recently
swapped to a newer set of wheels off a 1997 Tacoma - a little more bling
for my daily driver.

Cool, I'm picking up my gas tank skid plate from Cherokee here in a few minutes, and I'll be home by 5pm, so I'll see ya when you get to my house.

Another update:
My rig might not be making this trip, or any more for that matter... Ive been thinking about going to the "other side" lately with all these little things going on with my truck, also gas isn't helping. Anybody want a killer deal on a 4Runner?? Figure I'd offer it to you guys first. I'm asking 9k with everything but the blower. Thats the TJM, Roof Rack (almost done wiring it with removable harness). Rock lights ready to go on, the stock wheels, Kenwood Headunit with mp3/Sirius (I'm keeping the sub, but its wired up for one) Check my list on the 4RocNC page for more... I'll be back, and will still try and be a part of the SoutEast community, but will just have to be the honorary camera dude (which I have no problem with)

Any excuse will do ! My wife thinks that I just like to spend money and she is RIGHT - she thinks that my runner is fine like it is and does not understand the concept

She does not wheel with me either - course I also own 5 motorcycles,3 boats, 2 campers and own half interest in 3 horses with my Dad.
It's all about the TOY"S man !

None of them are new - I just like to make things live again !
I also enjoy IMPROVING things a little along the way !

Doc, I'll be outside, so just stop by whenever you get home. The gas tank skid plate looks pretty good, and I can't wait to get it on tonight hopefully.
