Check the power and ground for the high beam relay. Perhaps a wire worked loose. Also, try swapping the high and low beam relays, see if that makes any difference and helps to isolate the problem.

Might be the relay got wet or perhaps the contacts are dirty. I once got water in both my relays/sockets after power washing the engine. Left them out in the sun to dry for a day and they were fine.
See if you can feel the relay coil click when you turn it on, if so, that would indicate dirty or pitted contacts.
Relay can be replaced with a generic Bosch-type headlight relay (put the generic one in the low beam socket), the high beam relay needs to be the special type, or replacements may be ordered on-line:

They are special dual contact relays. The low beams can use a single contact relay (like most auro parts stores carry). Also, have the high output 40 amp relay available as well, works well for 130watt bulbs.
