That I know of and that bothers me...horn and temp gauge.

edited to add that I replaced the kitty fart horn and repaired the button contact in the steering wheel.

...leaving the temp gauge which appears to be a far more challenging fix.

1) Crack in the windshield from a Colorado plow truck
2) 3 cross country trips pulling the trailer + a generally abusive driving style has finally taken its toll on my Marlin HD W56. 4th gear is quiet but the others all make noise where they didn't before, 5th gear is the worst so I just don't use it anymore. Man, I need to get back into a shop so I can yank that out and swap bearings before rally season starts.

the passenger door is tricky to open. you have to lean a lot of wieght on it, then pull the crap out of the handle to get it open

I like this topic! haha

Well as of right now, I have no side mirrors, one was shattered when I drove by a semi on a small Farm to Market road, and the second I just ripped off wheeling the other day. A friend that was with me was outside at the time, and said, "Hey, man your mirror just broke off." I told him, "Just throw it in the bed."

My climate control not only does not function correctly, the blower comes on at random.

I got some new tires the other day, and one of the techs told me they couldn't balance the tires perfectly because my rims were bent. That was nice to hear.

My tailgate handle doesn't work, so I had to take the panel off and now I pull the mechanism manually.

My rear left wheel cylinder is leaking.

My hood grinds when I pop it open.

Passenger side door doesn't open from the inside.

Driver's side takes a couple of tries to work.

Windows rattle and are hard to roll.

High Beams don't stay on.

Thats all I can think of.

My AC clutch went out and since it's an 89 (on the "fence" year model) and the AC was a "dealer installed option" and not "from the factory" I'm having a hell of a time finding a replacement. It's the only thing that doesn't work on the rig but I'll be damned if I'm replacing EVERYTHING in the AC system when the stuff in there now just needs a clutch.
