If you have balljoint spacers up front... engage the front end and spin the wheel, see if the cv halfshafts bind.. if they do, well you have a problem =)

let me try to make this a litte bit clear
i am woundering by putting on low profile bump stops (in the front) if that extra 1" of flex will hurt my shocks
because the stock ones were the size for a reason, right?

Now that's a possibility. I'm not sure, hadn't thought about it really. Maybe you want a shock that is 1" or so longer to be sure? I have shaved bumpstops but AM shocks, stock length supposedly, and they seem fine FWIW.
