Driving music
Hey, do any of you guys listen to Trance music while driving your yota? I like to listen to it quite often, as it fits with the rhythm of driving and the reciprocating motions of the engine. I listen to a mixture of Trance, House, some Disco, Hip-hop, and Classic Rock. When I'm driving, it'll be any of them, but mostly Trance and Classic Rock.

I like late 70's/80's/90's and modern rock, some hiphop/rap, blues, etc...Not that picky tbh. Nothing like driving with Van Halen, Hagar, Metallica, NIN, Disturbed, Alice in Chains, I can go on, and on and on. I like the radio stations on the weekend/night much better, they play better music

Yea, he does it in my area on 105.5, I also like listening to Dee Snider on 94.1 in my area (philly station). But my favorite is a local station, 95.9 the Rat. They do the best contests the disc jockeys are all hilarious and they all play good music.

Hmmmmm, bass
This sounds incredibly good on the cheap paper speakers that Toyota used in the FJ.

Alice Cooper, now that brings back memories.
Went to see him back around '72 or '73.

last time i was with my dad when we were hunting my 80 i put in chris ledoux (he does not care for country much at all), after a while of bumping all over the arizona high country with him saying nothing. he notes," i think i figured out why you listen to country music in this truck." "why is that" i answered, "because it completes the feeling of riding a horse."
but most of the time i listen for new noises-----from my truck!

Your dad is a my type o' humorist.
Oh, by the way there's not so much as a transistor am radio in my truck. I'm KEENLY aware of EVERY little sound my rig makes while drivin'. Good habit. I have no AC either so windows rolled down would drowned out the music anyway. I have no intention of changin' that. I drive a 98 Monte Carlo on the highway(rarely, a few times a month, my truck don't like anything above 60mph, need gears for it with 35s, still call it my DD), killer sound system, and AC.

Sasha & John Digweed(SF area DJ's), Nigel Richards, Chemical Brothers(I like 'em, so?), some esp. select drum&bass like LTJ Bukem(He was pretty good live, but there's alot of D&B that's good and alot that's indistinguishable from a record/cd skipping for hours on end, I like Intelligent Drum&Bass), Breakbeats of all types old school like Simply Jeff, nu skool like Rennie Pilgrim, Crystal Method
I'll update the list as I reassemble the rest of the fried memories from my techno heyday.

I absolute love Sasha's track "Xpander" and Raff 'n' Freddy's track "Deep Progress".
If you enjoy House music (I sometimes call it that also) check Daft Punk. Some call it Synth pop, but it's really house. That's what it originated out of, and that's what it is. Especially get their albums Discovery and Musique, Vol. 1. The Discovery tracks "Too Long", "Something About Us", and "Veridis Quo" are great for driving. The song by Scott Grooves called "Mothership Reconnection" is one of the best houst tracks that I've ever heard, and I've listened to over 100 different hours of the stuff (i. e. different music each time).
You can also go to my website, http://cosmo.fallenmonday.net, once I get it back up in a few days and follow the link to wayfinder's fr-025 popular demo soundtrack. You could also download samples of my music (I produce/compose House, Trance, and Hip-hop). My first album should be out in June.
