See above, if you have less than 1" of slack in the lines now, you'll need longer ones with longer shackles.

Also i read somewhere that you can remount the brake mounts so that u dont have to buy longer brake lines, is that true?
Yes. you can cut the stock hard line brackets off the top of the frame and weld them on lower on the frame rail to gain a few inches.
