Sounds like rear heater lines, if you have one.

Sure, you can either cap off each line or just loop the two together at the firewall with some heater line.

You mention rad lines in your first post... the rear heater lines don't go from the rad. Exactly where do the lines in question lead to and from, can you be more precise? The only lines that come from the rad are the tranny cooler lines if you have an auto.

im not sure if they come from the rad.. they have rad fluid in them... they start ing a rubber hose on the drivers side about under my seat.. they go half way back middle of the truck to about the rear heater... you can just cap them off??? or would i just stick a u pipe in the rubber hoses?

Yeah, if they go up to through the floor in the middle of the truck, those are the rear heater lines. You can do either... plug both, or short circuit them with a u-pipe... doesn't matter... just make sure that whatever you do, it doesn't leak.

Not sure which tubing that is, but measure and see. For the rear heater, I found 1/2" heater hose fit fine. For my '85, there was rubber tube from the firewall to the hard lines under the truck. Then rubber lines from there to the rear heater. Just take one rubber line at the firewall and loop it over to where the other rubber line connects to. For example, on my '85, connect the red and green circled points together:
