I need some advice
I have a 1995 4Runner SR5 3.0liter V6. I have a few bucks to throw around so i was wondering if anybody had any inexpensive modifications I could make to my truck.
any advice would be appreciated

Read read read daniel son.. this forum will make your money disappear so fast it'll make your head spin. Since we know nothing about your truck I'll guess your stock. First mod.. Get rid of your sagging rear end. Get some new coils and shocks. I could spend all night on here spending your money but your best bet is to hang around a while and check out what other people have done that you might like to do to your rig. Welcome to YT!

First off I'd ask yourself what you want your rig to be like in the end.
If you want a clean, moderately modified rig or if you want an off-road rig that is very capable.
Then I'd make sure that it is up to par as far as mechanical issues go. I wouldn't modify ANYTHING until you are sure that you aren't going to have any surprises.
Do you know how recently the fluids were changed? Air filter? Plugs? Dist. cap? Rotor?
Just do an overall mechanical make-over if need be, if you have already done all of that and are satisfied with the way it runs and sounds and performs then you could start off with some general mods.
A few you could do that are small are Husky liners (I would recommend getting all of them, front, rear and cargo...they are EXTREMELY handy). After that a good very cheap and very easy mod to do is to add a Maglite to your front driver side Husky. You can do that by getting some Maglite mounts (often sold at your local sporting goods/outdoor store or you can order them online for cheap) and you just mount them right on the liner itself, probably the interior mod that I use the most.
You can start off with those and see where that takes you.
Good luck man, post up pics when you get the chance.

P.S. - That search feature up at the top is a really great way to find TONS of information.

Awesome, thats a good start.
What about the fluids? Probably the most important, especially the coolant this time of year.
If that's all done then I would do the stuff that I suggested up top.
My first car was a '95 4Runner and I went about it exactly as I suggested to you...it worked out well for me so I figured it'd be good advice to pass along.
Good luck.

P.S. - Not a really cheap mod but as far as a first pretty serious mod you replace your rear coils with some Downey 1.5" HD coils...will level out the Runner and make it look a heck of a lot better.
