So I have a 94 sr5 that I recently did a 3.4 swap on. I've been driving it every day for four months without a problem. Today I installed my Trd supercharger and now the truck won't start. I did clean the iac valve because the truck has been idling pretty high since the swap and I understand that is a common problem. After hooking everything back up I crank the truck and it starts but immediately dies. I crank on it a few more times and start to smell fuel. I look at my exhaust connections and there is fuel leaking from there. Not good so I stop trying to start it. I'm worried I might have placed a vacuum line in the wrong place but I checked all the schematics and everything looks like it should but then again there aren't too many schematics out there for a supercharged 3.4 swap. Any advice would be really appreciated!!

Did you adjust the air fuel mixture, sounds like too much fuel. Next test the Fuel pumps with ohm meter, might be sending too much fuel.

There are some ecu that don't support the supercharger.... don't quote me on this but google will be your friend or the search button.... but I think it was 98 that all the ecu where ok with the supercharger

I think if it ran ok before sc installation, it would be how you hooked up the sc.
Search free fuel mod for the sc.
You could do a fuel pressure check also.

I'm having _exactly_ the same issue as the thread starter had fifteen years ago.
I really hope he or she has got it worked out by now!

Anyways, no hoses seems to be leaking, and the engine is running fine.
The P0171/P0174 is firing up intermittently, still.
It drives me INSANE because I really need to know.

Can you guys help me?
I'd rather not call an expensive mechanic!
I was laid of due to the epidemic so I'm on a really tight budget!
