Electrolysis, Ground Wires

I have a blown head gasket and the head is warped and the water outlets are corroded. This was bought as brand new. Anyone know anything about how electrolysis works and can it corrode the head with less than 4000 miles driven on it?

The head is electrically bonded to the block through the bolts so there should be no potential difference between the two.
Also aluminum and steel are not too far apart in the galvanic series, it would take a very bad coolant to corrode the head.

If it’ was brand new coolant, can you explain what bad coolant would be? And thank you for your reply.
